Fall camp registration for Grades 1 to 4 will close on Sep 02, 2024 at 11:59 PM. Signup forms to attend fall camp were shared in your respective Den’s WhatsApp group. Please review and complete if you have not done so and planning to attend. 

Details to submit forms and payment will be shared via email for each camp separately.

Parents, your scouts can go ahead and start selling popcorn. Again, this year we will be making sales through the Trail’s End App. There will be no paper form.

If you had registered your scout last year then DO NOT register them again. They should be in the system and you can log in using your same login information.

Goal for each scout is to sell at least 8 PRODUCTS!!! (try your best to sell as much as you can)

Please keep the following in mind when selling:

-Uniform is required

-Never sell alone (scout needs to be with a parent)

-Practice your presentation (introduce yourself, let customer know that you are raising money for pack activities)

-Ways to make sales:
       - Door to Door
       - Among family & friends
       - Storefront

-Storefront Shifts: registration for storefront shifts are now open through the Trail’s End app. You should be able to sign up for a shift through the app. Each shift will have 3 scouts (each shift is 1.5 hours). There are 3 stores so be mindful of which one you are signing up for.

-Deadline to sell is Sunday Oct  20th

-Please see the attached PDF file which shows the steps on how to sell through the app. Make sure to select “undelivered” before starting to sell as shown in the first step.
